Parts list: 2 door card inserts
For installation on Door Panel that already has OEM leather door card cut outs
1.) Flip door card insert over to metal back side
2.) Use fingernail or screw driver to help raise metal mounting tabs as follows
3.) Insert door card into OEM door panel and fold the mounting tabs on the back side of door panel to hold door card into place
4.) Use sharp knife to penetrate where the door handle cut out would be. We recommend making a cut in the shape of an X. Fold the cut leather pieces on the back side of door panel and hold in place with a stapler or glue
5.) Reinstall door panel and enjoy :)
------------------------------------------------For installation on Door Panel that does not have OEM leather door card cut outs
1.) Flip door card insert over to metal back side.
2.) Tape together 2x 8x11 white printer paper and place on top of metal door cards to create a template for drilling of oem door panel
3.) Using your finger, press into the white printer paper against each metal slot of the backside of door card to create an indentation on paper. Lastly, use your finger and create a slight fold or indent where the door handle area.
4.) Use a pencil or pen to trace out all newly created marked indentations on white paper. Mark area to drill (mark where the tab would be folded upwards) - but on the white paper.. Hope the below picture would make sense
5.) Place created paper template on actual OEM door card and drill each hole.
6.) Insert door card into OEM door panel and fold the mounting tabs on the back side of door panel to hold door card into place
7.) Use sharp knife to penetrate where the door handle cut out would be. We recommend making a cut in the shape of an X. Fold the cut leather pieces on the back side of door panel and hold in place with a stapler or glue
8.) Reinstall door panel and enjoy :)
