Welcome to MR2 Heaven. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.mr2heaven.com and any purchase you make from us ("MR2 Heaven," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policy, our Privacy Policy, and our Your Privacy Choices page, each of which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Eligibility & Authorized Use
By using this site or placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and able to enter into a binding contract, that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you will not use this website for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to restrict access, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion.
2. Products, Fitment & Intended Use
Many parts we sell are intended for racing, competition, or off-road use only and may not be legal for use on public streets or highways. Some parts are illegal for road use in certain states. It is your responsibility to review and comply with all local, state, and federal laws before purchasing or installing any product.
Unless a specific product listing states otherwise, all products are intended for use on USA-specification vehicles. We make no guarantee that a part will fit or function on a non-USA-spec vehicle, alongside other aftermarket parts, or without additional modification. Fitment is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated, and you are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase.
All performance modifications carry inherent risk, and all installation and use is at your own risk. MR2 Heaven is not responsible for any mechanical, electrical, or other failure, or for any damage to you, your vehicle, other vehicles, or persons, arising from the products we sell.

3. Order Acceptance & Right to Cancel
All orders are subject to acceptance by MR2 Heaven. Your receipt of an order confirmation (electronic or otherwise) does not signify our acceptance of your order or confirm our offer to sell. We may accept, decline, cancel, or limit the quantity of any order at any time — before or after confirmation and payment — for reasons including but not limited to: suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, payment verification issues, or stock and supplier availability. Orders above a certain value (which we do not disclose publicly, to help prevent fraud) may require pre-approval by our fraud-prevention team. If we cancel an order after your payment was collected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
4. Pricing, Availability & Errors
We work to keep pricing and product information accurate, but errors occur. In the event of a typographical, pricing, or product-information error — including errors in data received from our suppliers — we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any affected order, correct the error, or update pricing before processing, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your card charged. If your card was charged and the order is canceled, we will issue a full refund. If you believe you were overcharged, you must contact us within 30 days of your invoice date so we can review and correct it.
5. Payments & Authorization
By submitting payment, you authorize MR2 Heaven to charge your selected payment method. All charges are processed in U.S. Dollars; your provider converts to your local currency where applicable.
- Accepted methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Affirm, and bank wire transfer.
- International cards: For orders billed outside the U.S. and Canada, our processor charges us an additional 2-5% fee, which we pass through to you. Acceptance of non-U.S./Canada cards is at our discretion and generally reserved for repeat customers.
- Alternative methods for international orders (e.g., verified bank funds) may be arranged by contacting us before ordering.
Orders may be held for payment verification or fraud screening before processing.
6. Shipping Address Verification & Fraud Prevention
For your protection and ours, we may ship only to a billing or shipping address we can verify with your card issuer. If you wish to ship to an address other than your billing address, please add it to your card account with your issuer in advance, or your order may be delayed. We use fraud-detection and verification tools that may include IP tracking, payment verification, billing/shipping verification, and order-behavior analysis, and we reserve the right to hold or cancel any order flagged as high risk.
7. Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
All shipping, delivery, freight/LTL inspection requirements, damage and missing-part reporting, return eligibility, RMAs, restocking fees, refunds, store credit, core deposits, cancellations, and international shipping responsibilities are governed by our Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By placing an order, you agree to the version of that policy in effect at the time of purchase.
8. Special Orders
Special-order, custom, and made-to-order items (including but not limited to wheels, body kits, and non-USA items) may require full or partial payment in advance. Deposits and payments on special orders are non-refundable, and these items generally cannot be canceled or returned. Special orders can take weeks or months to arrive; any timeframe we quote is an estimate only, and we are not responsible for manufacturer, shipping, or customs delays.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
Products carry only the applicable manufacturer's warranty, which varies per product. Please ask us about a specific warranty before purchasing. MR2 Heaven provides no additional warranty unless expressly stated in writing.
Except as required by law, all products are otherwise provided "as is." MR2 Heaven is not responsible for labor, installation, diagnostic, removal, or replacement costs, or for any indirect or consequential damages. Where a manufacturer warranty applies, MR2 Heaven may, at its sole discretion, facilitate repair, replacement, credit, or a comparable substitute in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MR2 Heaven and its officers, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify MR2 Heaven from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of a product, improper or unprofessional installation, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.
12. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you have an issue with a charge, contact us first at sales@mr2heaven.com so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us — or filing a chargeback that is fraudulent or contrary to these Terms (for example, on a non-returnable special order, or a shipment you signed for) — may result in order cancellation, account restrictions, and refusal of future service. We reserve the right to contest invalid chargebacks with supporting documentation and to recover related costs.
13. Dispute Resolution, Governing Law & Arbitration
Informal resolution first. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us and give us at least 30 days to resolve the dispute informally.
Governing law & venue. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Except as provided below, any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
14. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier or customs delays, supplier or manufacturer shortages, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or government actions. All delivery times are estimates only.
15. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of MR2 Heaven or its licensors and suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish it without written permission. Third-party trademarks appearing on the site are the property of their respective owners.
16. Privacy & Communications
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Your Privacy Choices page. By providing your email, you consent to transactional and, unless you opt out, promotional email; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails. If you opt in to text-message marketing, message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. We do not sell personal information in the everyday sense of exchanging it for money; certain data sharing for advertising may qualify as a "sale" or "sharing" under some U.S. state laws, and you can exercise your choices as described on our Your Privacy Choices page.
17. Returned Payments
A $25 fee applies to any returned or dishonored check or payment, per incident, plus any bank fees we incur. All costs of collecting unpaid balances, including legal fees, are your responsibility.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted, with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the site or placement of an order after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
19. General
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and MR2 Heaven. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign ours. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
