Dry Pre-Preg Carbon Fiber — The Construction Serious Builders Choose
This is the same class of material and process used in professional motorsport and aerospace composites. Carbon fiber is pre-loaded with a precisely controlled resin ratio, then cured in an expensive autoclave, under heat and pressure — no excess resin, no guesswork, every fiber locked exactly where it belongs.
The payoff shows up where it counts: less weight, more strength, tighter tolerances, and a smoother, more dimensionally stable finish. Edges stay cleaner, sharp contours stay sharp instead of rounding or warping like wet layup can, and the carbon weave itself has more visual depth. It's easier to install, too — and for our most complex shapes, Pre-Preg isn't just the better option, it's the only one that can get the geometry right.

Wet Carbon Fiber/Hybrid — A Solid Step Up, and a Smart Starting Point
Wet Carbon Fiber uses real carbon fiber fabric, hand-saturated with resin during layup — on many parts, paired with a fiberglass base to balance appearance and cost. It's genuine carbon fiber where it counts, with real weight savings over steel, at a lower cost than Dry Pre-Preg.
It's where a lot of builders start — real carbon fiber, real weight savings, great appearance at a lower price than Pre-Preg. Many do come back for Pre-Preg on their next panel once they see the difference or if budget allows.
