These later model (1994-1998, compatible with 91-98) front fender to bumper "solid one piece" moldings help freshen up and modernize the MR2. Very popular and a faithful reproduction of discontinued version from Toyota. There were about a total of 6 variations from Toyota of these solid one piece moldings. Our version is based on the USDM "thicker" version.
06/2026+ - V2.2 Production Batch
- Same as V2.1 but with top surface improvements via tweaking nylon inner structure to reduce top side shrinkage marks
- tldr - Ultimate - As good as it gets. Reduced front pattern depth for better surface quality, introduced surfaces on back side to retain/increase rigidity
02/2026+ - V2.1 Limited Prototyping Batch (Discontinued & Sold Out)
- PVC Hardness 75A construction w/ nylon plastic injected inner (Similar to OEM construction)
- Added 3rd mounting point for fine tuning if needed
- Titanium dioxide for UV resistance
- Rust/Corrosion resistant M6 mounting stud
- Stiff yet flexible just like OEM, stiffer than V2.0
11/2025+ - V2.0 Limited Prototyping Batch (Discontinued & Sold Out)
- PVC Hardness 55A construction w/ metal stamp formed plate inner
- May have some exposed metal and surface defects due to deformation during high pressure pvc injection
- M5x0.8 instead of M6x1.0 Mounting hardware (Production Error)
- Significantly stiffer than V1.0
- Recommend surface prep before painting
2018-2024 - V1.0 (Discontinued & Sold Out)
- Rubber Construction w/ metal inner support plate
- Flexible to your desired position
- Drop in fit, no modifications needed
- Requires painting (Rubber will crack within a month when exposed to high heat or UV without protection)
- Test fit before painting
